Privacy Information
We hereby inform you in accordance with the Telemedia Act that we collect, process, and use personal data through electronic data processing (EDP) to the extent necessary for the establishment, content design, or modification of the purchase agreement (purchase processing). Your data will not be passed on to third parties. For information or inquiries, please contact us as indicated in the provider identification or imprint.
If you do not agree to the storage of your data, please ask us to delete your data.
Return Shipping Costs – Regulation according to § 357 (2) Sentence 2 BGB (German Civil Code)
In the event of a revocation, you shall bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the goods ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 EUR or if, at a higher price of the item, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you.
Outbound shipping costs: In the event of a revocation, we will refund the costs of the initial outbound shipment of the goods from us to you.
Complaint Procedure
You have the option to complain about us at any time and without restriction. The complaint requires text form (§ 126b BGB). Please address your complaint to the seller, as indicated in the imprint (provider identification). After examining your complaint, you will receive a response from us in text form.
Your statutory warranty rights, your general claims for damages, and the right of revocation for consumers remain unaffected by this.
General Information
The contract language is German. The conclusion of the contract is governed by the terms and conditions of the platform. We are not subject to any further codes of conduct. The statutory warranty applies.
No warranty conditions exist.
Prices and shipping costs include the statutory value-added tax. The buyer bears the shipping costs.
You will, of course, receive an invoice for all items showing the statutory value-added tax.
Right of Revocation
Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier of the goods, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us – Minerva Handelsgesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, Holzlandstraße 1.7, 04779 Wermsdorf, Ortsteil Calbitz, Tel. 034361-54455, Fax 034361-54457, E-Mail calbitz@freenet.de – by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of revocation does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (food).

Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. As a seller, we point out that you, as the end user, are legally obliged to return used batteries. Please hand in old batteries at a municipal collection point or at a local retailer. If you have received batteries from us, you can return them to us free of charge or send them to us postage-paid.
