Shipping Costs

We ship exclusively as insured parcels. Within Germany, we ship with DHL. Orders with a product weight exceeding 30 kg will not be processed. Shipping typically occurs within 1–2 business days.

For international deliveries, please inquire beforehand to clarify the respective shipping costs (usually DHL or DPD shipping costs, plus VAT).

International shipping to Benelux, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Austria – insured, up to 10 kg, excluding islands – from as little as 12.50 Euros. Other countries on request. The maximum weight limit for all international shipments is 10 kg.

Insured shipping within Germany is done as an insured parcel (DHL) at a flat rate of €5.90 with a product weight limit of 30 kg.

Goods are exclusively shipped. Collection from our offices is not possible for logistical reasons.
