With this cream stabiliser, you can bake cream cakes that truly hold their shape – without the cream running out or collapsing when cut. The banana flavour gives your creations a delicate, natural taste profile.

Tip: For every 500 ml of whipped cream, you'll need approximately 5–8 g of cream stabiliser, depending on the desired consistency. Store the cream chilled, stir in the stabiliser just before processing, and then whip – the flavour develops optimally during whipping.
