Tip: Add 30g Rösch to 1kg type 550 wheat flour, then add the other ingredients as usual. Mix the baking agent directly with the flour – no separate dissolving required. Your bread rolls will get a distinctive, light crispness that improves during baking and still crunches when eaten.
